When repairs are required, we will request the Korean manufacturer.

Therefore, it may take some time to repair the product.

Regarding initial defects

We take every precaution to ensure that our products are in perfect condition, but

If an accident occurs during delivery or if the product has an initial defect (cannot be turned on/charged, etc.),

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product .

We will accept returns or refunds.

However, the following cases are not covered:

• The product matches the description on the product page

• Returns due to customer convenience (different from what was expected, wrong order, etc.)

• Malfunction or damage caused by improper use

• If more than 8 days have passed since arrival
